Café Niche welcomes a new general manager, Caprice Ossana. With over 16 years in the industry, she brings a passion for genuine hospitality. Her experience and training allows her to effortlessly share her extensive wine and culinary knowledge. She prides herself on her ability to provide a professional, memorable dining experience to guests.
“I strive to embody the phrase ‘making memories,’” she shares. “To me, every experience that you have, whether a special occasion or lunch with a friend, is an opportunity to facilitate a wonderful memory.”
Honoring her lifelong passion for great food, Caprice has provided laudable service at some of Salt Lake’s top dining establishments, including HSL and Forage. She honed her craft at some of the country’s most revered dining establishments, including Michael Mina’s in San Francisco, CA and Four Seasons in Scottsdale, AZ and Baltimore, MD.
